If the carpets or fabric are stained, see igf you can contact a friend in the auto business. Ask him or her if they use a product made by DelCar called Interior Kleen. It foams up and just wipe it off with a cloth. Works even beter than Spray-Nine!!!! Let me know if you need help finding it.

I recently used Fantistic anit-bacterial kitchen cleaner and a medium brush on my seats which had a little mold on them. The area at the bottom of the rear seat back was in pretty tough shape because of comstant wet bathing suits. I could not believe how well it worked. All the mold is gone and the white stripes in the seats look brand new. It only cost around 3 bucks.

This is my specialty. I work for a restoration company in St. Louis, dealing in Fire, water, and Mold.

Mold need three things to live.

1 Moisture - All boats have
2 Heat - thats a given
3 Still air- when it is covered

These guys are correct, you need vents, or when you close your boat up for the end of the year, you need to spray an mildaside.

There are many products out there. Look in the yellow pages under Fire damage. You will find tons of Water removal companies. Call one of them and buy a 1 gallon supplyl it will last you all year. They will all have this product, MSD, Milgo, Mildoaside. ect. I spray this weekly. It does not hurt wood, or any other product. When we go in a home that has had water damage, we suck out the water, then spray the heck out of everything with Milgo. Then set up fans to dry it out.

This is a good preventative for everyone.
