RUST Encased Spark Plugs - HELP ASAP

I have FULLY ENCASED SPARK PLUGS.

Seems i had some water leakage and the spark plugs are fully encased in rust. You cannot even see the spark plugs. Only the white tops sticking out of the heads. RUST is covering everything else. Cant get a socket in or any kind of sharp scraping instrument in.

We have tried
Penetrating oil
CLR
Vinegar
Chipping at it

Need help ASAP

Thanks SHU

Make Sure All The Oil Is Out Of The Pug Area So It Doesn't Start A Fire..

Yes an automatic center punch and some heat from a propane torch. Heat it ding it, heat ding it. then try hitting a socket over it.

Damn i was hoping to be able to post up a pic and show the salt water/rust damage??????

Anyway there is rust all around the spark plug. From the spark plug wall to the spark plug. You cannot even get a tiny screw driver inbetween the socket and the wall in the head.

HEAT THE LIVING PISS OUT OF IT!! Rust will go away.. Got a plumber buddy with a torch for soldering. MAKE SURE THE FUEL IS NOT NEAR IT!! then you may be able to bang on a socket and get it out.. I have seen that before.. maybe not in those extremes but a lot of rust.. Make that head of the plug cherry red. Break the porcelan off then HEAT the Piss out of it.. Keep a fire ext. and some water close by to cool imediately if need be!!

If you want to send me the pics I will post them for you!!

I do believe you should pull the head, as even if you get the old plug out, with the hole open you will not be able to properly clean the area to be able to thread in the new plug without getting rust in the cylinder.

Get you some Krol and spay the chit out of it and let it sit then use short burst with and impact, they should come right out...

Just throw the engine in the trash. If the plugs look that bad, then it's only going to get uglier.
