Skater in Waterford MI?
Just curious....seen a very nice Skater (maybe 30 feet or so) trailered up over near Pleasant Lake a few times in the last couple weeks. Any around here own it?

Is it all white that says skater in silver letters?

Inboards....close to 30 feet...maybe more...maybe less. didn't get a good look on either occasion. Definately big power....looked like #6 drives on the back. Nice paint work....race numbers on it....maybe "P-7" or someting similar.

That belongs to Jim (JimKid Motorsports on OSO) he lives on that lake. The boats brand spanking new. It was on display by JDByriders area at the St Clair race, Jim is on their crew. He's in the engine business, I believe he built and rigged most of it himself. Now if I was a guy I would probably know all about the engines, but I believe there was a thread on here about the boat, it does have a beautiful paint job.

Here is the thread, it has a lot of info on the project, who would a thunk we have so many offshore nuts in Waterford, MI:D:cool-smiley-011: http://www.offshoreonly.com/forums/s...int-booth.html |
Saw it in St Clair. VERY NICE is a huge understatement. :Score-101010:

That skater was at Jack's restaurant on lake st. clair saturday night. I also seen patriyacht earlier in the day at Jack's. Some really nice hardware was there.
I rarely see a skater that close up. It was really a piece of work. I was friggin jealous. It had normally aspirated engines, some guys told me it had x-drives. I was wondering if it was a local guy. Now I know. |
