Brian give me a call. I have 2 JL 12's one in each of my sponsons. Ported box and Big JL Marine amp running them. Ill get you hooked up.

I personally dont like free air because it sounds bad with the stuff that I listen too. I like loud jiggy boom.

Also, you need a bass knob on the amp. It will let you turn down the bass while you are no really needing it or too loud and it gets distorted.

I think I will put in the vented box I have one which I tried first then went back to mounting them in the sponsons.Fact is I could have put a 15" in either side. plenty of room.

Before you bolt those things down, make sure the light and cleats are tight.

You will hear nothing but rattle rattle if they are even a little loose. That air has no where to go, and it hits hard up in the front. Girls love that chit.

They move the cleats now!! in the cockpit you cant hear it anyway.Are you back together ??? woman and boat wise???

never go back only forward.It will save you alot of pain my boy.

Get steve down here for some running,big puz I told him I would wash the salt of his trailer with my garden hose and redneck sprinkler system.
