Question I need plastic vents for seat bottoms(Pick)

I'm trying to find these. Its the ones that snap on either side on the vinyl, small round perforated plastic vent/drain hole thingy

Since McLeod Designs bad business (Stephanie McLeod) were paid to install them and didn't,The head rest is before redo from the rusted staples they used, they didnt put vents in them also. Now I need 4 of these vents, or something like them.Any suggestions?

Thanks
Rob

Guess they figured they didnt need to install vents because the covers would fall apart when staples rusted out.
