I e-mailed the guy, and asked him if he were joking. He was quite offended, and said it was neither a cat or a v-hull, but a revolutionary new hull design.

I then e-mailed him back and asked why he was then trying to sell it on e-bay instead of going to the Navy.

I have yet to get a response.
