Isnt this bad for the boat ?

Such a nice looking boat but you have to wonder if the hull is getting a hook in it from the trailer. Look at how far it's hanging off the back.

tcuda499 10-14-2009 07:20 PM

add states trailer avail??? that might not be the trailer for the boat....I hope:lolhit:

Jassman 10-14-2009 07:23 PM

improperly unsupported.. will result in a hook over time. It's a shame, it's a good looking boat. I bet that trailer goes for a 33' boat.

Wild 10-14-2009 08:01 PM

definetly not the correct trailer, hope it doesnt sit on there too long

thisistank 10-14-2009 08:10 PM

Love the looks of that boat....Ad doesn't say how much does it?

that's a deal..we have run that donzi...great riding boat...
it has only been on that trailer for a short time...

BowenCT 10-14-2009 08:31 PM

Oh, that's the one that was in Ocean Performance's showroom......I knew I'd seen it before. HOT boat!

26 REDLINE 10-14-2009 08:37 PM

Awsome boat, someone should ask if that is the trailer that comes with the boat, if not look at it this way, less tonque weight, you can tow it with the wifes BMW:lolhit:

38Lightning 10-14-2009 09:38 PM

Did it say HOOK available at no extra charge?

BLee 10-14-2009 09:59 PM

lol, nice algae on the drives. :fish:

It would take a LONG time before anything would happen to the hull, and that's if it never moved from it's current position.

That doesn't take away from the complete lack of ANY sense by having that boat on THAT trailer, much less take pictures of it, and then make sure everyone is aware of this incident, by doing the unthinkable..... use them in a classified ad...:picard1:

tomtbone1993 10-14-2009 10:15 PM

I wonder if it still has 15 gallons of water in the bilge??

OL40SVX 10-14-2009 10:42 PM

Shame they're just letting a brand new boat sit outside and not care for it like that.

c_deezy 10-15-2009 01:13 AM

Isn't $189K at least half and more likely 1/3 of what that boat should be selling for?

LapseofReason 10-15-2009 07:15 AM

Well it looks like it's off that trailer and all cleaned up and inside in a showroom now so it sould be good. But I would redo that ad for it. Lets face it there are alot of very nice boats out there that have been repoed and not enough places to keep them the way most of us would.

PARADISE ISLAND 10-15-2009 07:21 AM

90 MPH BOAT no cabin wrong trailer stored outside that price is a little high!

Scarab Billy 10-15-2009 08:33 AM

WTF? Well..the add does say trailer availible...just hope it's not that one )

Marginmn 10-15-2009 08:48 AM

They had to put it on that trailer in a pinch just to get the boat xferred from the dealer that had it. They quickly ordered a new trailer and it's been on that since.

Find me another '07 90mph boat that is ANYWHERE as nice as that one, and that is not some strung out repo, for less.

BINGO!!!!!!!!!!!

great boat, this is the newer half-step bottom, too!!!

You can buy clean used 38 ZR's with 700 NXTs that do 100+ mph with full cabins on trailers for less than 200k these days.

$189K for a 525 ZRC would have been a steal a year and a half ago, but in this new economy it's still over priced IMO.

But the ZRC and the ZR are no where near the same boat. It's like the Corvette and Z06 Corvette same name big changes. I think thats a good price and they would still move on it some I bet. It has been said on this board and other places that the ZRC is the best riding boat in big water since the 41 Apache. I have only been in one ZRC and the water was not big but I still think it was very nice ride. For somebody like me 6'5" 225# the cabin in the zr is a waste, I can barley get in it.:drink:

OL40SVX 10-15-2009 03:37 PM

I dont think you can buy a 700 ZR for UNDER 200k. They are in the lower 200's but not under. It is a good price for a ZRC considering what a new one costs. The boat runs great and looks sweet in person. You have to remember this is a brand new boat with a handful of hours on it. What else are you going to buy thats new, with 525's, run's like a ZRC, and mid 90's for 180?? Not much.
