That's funny. Enjoy every minute of it because it goes by quickly. Here is my helper. She was oiling and installing the set screws in some poly-locks. She absolutely loves to help me. Sometimes I have to make up stuff for her to do so she will stop bugging me about something to work on. Now my 8 year old son.....he wants nothing to do with any of it. He's parked in front of the TV with the video games.

Jon.
That's cute. The good ole' days. My son. 21, and my doughter 25 yesterday. No more cute stuff like that anymore.
But I was just wondering. .. Which end of the wrench was "front".. the open end or the closed end.??? :)

Keep a journal of the crazy stuff he does. Time will go buy quick and you can give him the journal later on in life and both have several good laughs.

Jon,
That's too funny, enjoy those moments, he'll be grown before you know it. My oldest is turning 18 this year!

That's great!!!!!!! :)

A few weeks ago I took my 2 yr old daughter for a ride down to the marina to look at the "speed boats"... lol

- I pull in the marina she starts saying; "Daddy's boat! Ride daddy's boat!"
- I'm calming her down, saying "daddy's boat is at home."
- Well, she then starts crying hysterically, saying "Ride daddy's boat"....

It was cute but at the same time a very sad reality that summer is over! Pics attached are from our last boating day of 2009.

How did you keep the kid from getting into stuff while you were working on the boat???
