My 08' 39 Top Gun w/700's runs a legit consistent 104 in fresh water on the limiters! The best to date is 105 in fresh water with just myself and 100 gallons of fuel. Cowisl on here can back this up!

I've never ridden in a Cig but I have ridden in an OSO member's triple engine 40' Hustler in 3-4' lake snot and it absolutely crushed everything we ran through, mostly at over 100mph. I know 3-4' ocean swells are much bigger than the equivalent lake water but I expect the boat would handle that too, maybe at lower speeds though...

this one claims 114mph at 4700 rpm... tried to do that on the prop slip calculator and get -11 % slip... maybe someone can help me make this add up??

Actually not a problem at all. Talked to Dustin and Phil and decided to keep it stock mostly because where I boat the fuel is not ethanol free. I was just letting anyone that read my post know that the #'s I posted were without the stage1 or stage 2 upgrade. You know how some can embelish on #'s.
I think the 39 rockit looks like a nice ride. I took a good look at it in miami. Not into the windshield but other than that I really liked it.

Hustlers are nice and Cigs are too, obviously you don't have not much seat time in a stepped bottom Cig to make a statement like that. "Big and old", "Very few fast ones" How fast you wanna go? 100mph is rocking in my opinion...
