Which one of these engines would you build?
SubscribeI was just thinking the 327 cause it would rev like crazy.
the boat is 23.6 feet and 2948lb and I should have my bravo drive next week
They can also stroke the sbc to 454s now

Its a boat not a Indy car plus bravos dont like over 6000 on the input shaft.. Boats like torque!! Originally Posted by twistedvelocity

383 with a blower best of both worlds..

the idea of a blower under the hatch is sweet I think.
I actually have a 454 mag coming with the bravo but I kind of would like to stay with a small block

Speaking of .....a max cubic inch injected LSX set up would be killer.Originally Posted by Young Performance

Eddie can you get an aluminum LSX yet?
UD
I'm not sure. Haven't tried yet.
I would love to build a big inch small block based on the LSX. They are some wicked little blocks capable of handling over2500 hp and, I think, over 500 ci. The all LS class of drag racing has some guys making oer 3000 hp with some gorilla turbos. Not real good for a boat, but it sure is cool.
How cool would a 500+ ci LSX series small block with a 5.0L Whipple be?
