Its unbelievable how many questioanable characters there are in the marine biz. Much higher percentage then any other thing I've subjected myself to. Longer you are in boating the more calused you become to these peoples hijinks. Otherwise you say **** boating like so many do and move on to other liesure sports.

I am not in the marine industry but what ever happened to (customer service) I think that is where alot of marine shops fail IMO it is a small enough market why make it smaller and rip people off and not perform well to the customer?
