You can always use the trick for getting rigs unstuck from overpasses. Let out some air from the tires dropping the height of the boat on the trailer. Just remember to re-inflate them once you are through the door.

Using a draw bar on your truck that gets the tongue of the trailer as close to the ground as possible without dragging is a simple method for getting it in and out of the garage if you only need to pick up a few inches of room to clear the door.

"Excursion" gets his 43BT on a steel Myco under a 10' tall door. He lowered the (gravel) where the rear tires of the truck are traveling at the same time/distance the tallest part of the boat (windscreen) is passing under the door frame. It works well.

Not sure of Wal-Mart's door height, but this 47' wasn't gonna fit:grinser010::drink:

If you count the block courses on the building next to the door, it's 8'-0" tall.

I didn't know Wal-Mart changed oil in boats.

Hmm, think it may be more than that. 8ft should be 12 coarses. I get 14 coarses plus a part course at the bottom. Closer to 10ft but a few inches short of that, not that it really matters much.

My garage is 12 x 52' has a 10 x 10' door no problem getting the Nortech in there. Sorry for the bad shots.

Bob- after recounting, I agree with your height accessment.

Thanks. That 47 Fountain sure sits high tho. Easy to think it was an 8ft door.
