Saw this ad for a 1986 38 Tempest for under 20K in my local Craigslist. Anybody know anything about these as it seems like it's priced reasonable.

Boat has been laid up since 2007. It was running fine at that time. Currently, one engine fires up and one does not. Fuel and tank were professionally cleaned in November 2008, and the fuel has been kept fresh with Stabil.
