I bought a boat from them last year, no problems, I bought it site unseen, my only complant was the bid was suposed to stop on a Monday as published on their site and they ran the bid till Wednesday evening and cost me another 2 Grand, Im sure their are laws against that. I used uship.com to ship it from California to Virginia and had the truck driver check it out for me

The longer they store the boat
the more money they make, why
would they be in a hurry to do any-
thing ?

Because being bad ends up getting more money for the banks, I am sure that is why the banks probably love them. At the end of the day its their sand box their rules and they change the rules to suit them. BTW one of the boats was a US Marshall Auction boat, I was told I was second highest but the highest bidder backed out, so they had to reauction it all over, Oh and to resubmit my bid for 4K higher, I told them if I was the second highest and the highest backed out I was holding and I should win, NOPE, when I asked what it sold for they wouldn't tell me!!!!!!!!!!! Very typical South FL business going on down there, your either "IN" with them or just lucky.

Make a bid on a boat, put yourself in a state of mind that you don't care either way and you will not be disappointed.:bsflag:

I bought a 38 Cig (The Pink Flamingo) from them years ago.
I dealt with Bobby McGee & the deal went very smoothly.
He is still there, give him a call. I think he is the manager.

There are several other players. Yacht Auctions just has the location for the big stuff.

American Yacht Sales is a player in the Texas area.
