Any math wizards here? (gelcoat mix)
Help me out as I'm having a major brain fart over this.. Just call me stupid! :)
If the formula calls for 17 CC's of hardner to 32 oz's of gelcoat resin how do I figure out how much hardner I'd need if I only want to mix up 1 ounce of resin? Damn the 70's! |
I'm no math whiz... but I come up with about 0.53 cc for 1 ounce.
17/32=0.531 I could be missing this completely though.... |
i come up with the same thing which is also .01796oz
|
32oz is gonna take about 5/8ths of an ounce for a 2% concentration, get a CC cup its a bit easier at 18 cc's
|
oops just read the post again and see you already knew that :D
yea . . . . about a half a cc should get ya there |
Thanks all! Man don't know how come life can be so difficult!
