I need props ?? What do you guys use ?
 

A friend wants to put B&M 250 blowers on his 502 carb motors . It is on a 1992 38' fountain SC with bravos . He runs 23" mirage props now with 410 hp. They estimate 550-575 hp with the blower add on . Would like 4 blades. What size , and brand do you guys run on similar boats ? Maybe 25-27" 4 blades ??? Is a mirage plus a 4 blade ? or am I thinking the bravo 1 prop ?

Any help please?? Does anybody have some to sell ?

How about 26" hydromotives ? I saw a set for sale . Do you tiink it will turn them ? He would rather be a little under propped then over propped . Easier to plane and easier on components ! Thanks .

How is the boat now with the 3 blades? Does it plane easily? good top end? Blowout? What rpm and speed was he running at WOT?
He will probably need +4 inches if he is at 5000 rpm now. 3 vs. 4 blade only if he need the extra blade for a reason. If he tries a 4 blade Bravo prop probably a +3 " 26" would be a good start.

sounds like he'll need boxes & xrs if hes going to 550to 575 hp!i have them and in jersey. let me know. if not i have 28 & 30 for sale that might work good luck
