What a project, it truly represents who Al Copeland was, his dreams and how he did things in a big way from his parties to his love for Offshore Powerboating and Racing. When "Phenomenon" takes to the water to makes its attempt to set a "New World Propeller Speed Boat Record" It won't only be Scott Burnhardt Throttling and Al Copeland Jr. driving because Al Copeland Sr. will also be in "Phenomenon" with them. Al Copeland Sr. would be so proud of his family and friend who have brought his dream to reality, now lets go out and set a New World Record for the man Al Copeland Sr.
