I have it in my new Sunsation. It is beyond easier to clean than the normal vinyl ever was in my previous boats...

I had the Endurasoft blue carbon fiber vinyl in my last boat, and plan on using it again for accents when I update the interior on my current boat. Microfiber towels and BioKleen worked well for cleaning. I bought a soft brush used for bathing pets and it works really well for getting in the grain on traditional vinyl as well as the weave on the carbon fiber vinyl.

Also, I only really replied to this old thread to irk a moderator! Hi Brian!

So? It's not like it's a for sale thread.

Still good info here.

All very true

But there are now multiple generations of "carbon fiber" vinyl, and they perform differently.
Also, Morbern offers a "patterned" vinyl, that some folks confuse with the 'carbon fiber'.

Morbern is a pressed in pattern.
Almost all 'carbon fiber' vinyls are weaves glued to a backing.

I have white carbon fiber vinyl and it is a pain in the ass to keep clean. have to get in all the grooves with a scrub brush. The people that say its easier to keep clean than smooth vinyl please let me know what you are doing because its not a simple task to keep white carbon fiber vinyl clean.
