Believe DougieFresh told me he pulls his 38" Scarab behind a V10 X, might give him a pm and see what he has to say.

Bought ours at the beginning of the year. Got a new 2001 for 20% under sticker (no financing). We pull a 26' Daytona, ~7,500 pounds with trailer, gas, misc crap. Always have at least five people on board with the back full of coolers, cases of beer and water etc. Pulls like a monster, however, we haven't had the beastly hot weather in the desert yet. Much better vehicle than the Suburban we traded in. Lots more room inside, much better stuff. However, its not much fun to ride in when empty!

Mine pulled a 35' boat (10,000 lbs.) across the country no problem even in the mountains. Just do not run in overdrive towing.
