In any case nothing wrong with having folks think you are moving some boats, gets people thinking you must be doing something right. Shogren does their "Sale Pending" and "Sold" tags all the time. Lets people know they are doing business and really are selling stuff, just plain smart in my book. Nothing makes you want it more than seeing you just missed out on it!

Shogren also list asking price and has great pictures along with a detailed description. :coolcowboy:

Yes they do, one of the best out there at putting up pics of what they are offering. I'm sure it pays off for them to make the effort.
