Maybe something like this could be fastened in the engine compartment . They have tops availible with built in 1" filling hoses that you could cut to lenght. But I'm not sure of what saftey factors or laws there are about carrying spare fuel aboard.

Toluene is nasty stuff. One of the few solvents that will absorb through your skin and will not exist your system. That is why is it nor comercially advertised.

I have used TORCO additive for years and have had NO issues. If you elect to use this accelerant please make sure it does not come in contact with your interior or clothes.
It will leave a stain.

All additives are not created equal. This stuff works.
