Looking for a vinyl wrap guy

Trying to find a vinyl wrap guy on the east coast. I have a 31 sonic I am looking at getting wrapped. I live in Virginia but am willing to travel. Any suggestions?

Hi, If you would consider ft lauderdale, I have a guy that is the best. Been doing race boats sins the early 90's. You can get ti wrapped and then do the Miami poker run in Feb. PM me if that would work. This guy is hands down, the best!!

My neighbor does wraps and has done a number of trucks and trailers and is in Ashland (neagle flexo). Not sure if he's done any boats but he's motor-head and has been on/around boats like ours for a few years.
What's most important is that he'll turn down anything unless he's 100% comfortable doing it.

You should check out Sign Zoo in Florida. They did a great job on my 42 lightning last year and i would definitely suggest to anyone. They will ship you the wrap and come to you and install. Check out their website in the performance boat section for several examples of their work.

Zentex in Michigan did mine. I can't say enough good about them. Jeremy was the artist and had a incredable talent.

I got a price from Sign Zoo and they wanted 6500.00 to wrap my 31 sonic. They seem to be the highest by far. But I must say, everyone has good things to say about them.

you get what you pay for guys... I spent 2 months with their designers getting every detail exactly like I wanted it. They came from Fla. to Nashville to do the work and it is flawless! Still not one bubble on a 42' boat after a whole season, so maybe it's not too insane!

Sorry man....I usually agree with the statement "you get what you pay for"....But I just can't in this case. It's been 4 seasons with this wrap. No bubbles, no issues. Shiny as the day it was wrapped and has not faded one bit. Kim (the owner) was awesome to work with and will do whatever design you want (check the web site).

Going into this project I thought if I could get 2 seasons out of it, I'd be happy. Like I said, it's been 4 seasons. I'm over the design and want to re-do it with something more subtle, the only thing stopping me is I can't bring myself to rip the stuff off seeing as it's in such good shape. Seems like a waste.

To me spending an extra 3 thousand dollars for the same thing is indeed insane. But hey, to each their own.

GCI digital imaging in cincinnati hands down amazing work and design!! 513 521 sign

Ran-Dom 32 01-21-2010 11:19 AM

$6500 is insane for a 31 ' boat wrap, call Mitcher T & have him paint it for the same $$ ( a wrap should be 1/2 the cost of paint IMO)

sloan135 01-21-2010 01:22 PM

Well whats a fair price price to get my boat done. I want to wrap both sides of my boat and run a graphic down the center of the deck. Nothing crazy, just something simple and tastful.

You need to read this thread...

Yeah, I've talked to him. He's real happy with the product, but he's not happy with his installer. He said he's starting to have some issue's with it.

Have you looked into e-z sign design in Fredericksburg. Don't know anything about them but they're a member on here as ezstripper I believe.

If you got a wrap your happy with and it's lasted that long you got a great deal. I know I'm happy with mine and I'd do it again for sure.
