Someone sent me these photos, but I think I saw a review of this project in a recent Robb Report or ShowBoats International magazine. What are your thoughts?

Is it a Meridian?

Feadship already has a yacht like that with a similar bow design. Do a search for Feadship Predator......

Looks like a giant open-mouth insect.

The Axe-bow design as shown here allows the yacht to slip through the waves instead of shouldering them aside, reducing slamming and increasing speed.

The downside is lots of water on deck, requiring lots of drainage.

Interesting they are using the old reverse bow shape!

True. Look at a lot of the war ships and even Battleships at the turn of the 1900's.
