BBlades Prop locks

1 Attachment(s)
Boy these are really trick ordered 2 for my bravos and 1 for my blackhawk
They make the McGuad lock look agricultural
Also you still use the tang washed versus the Belville washer which you have to check for tightness a few times a season

$69.99
I have had the McGuard and I forget what they were but these are easily worh the $70

Give Brett a call at BBlade and tell Him I sent you He is also going to lab the props for my Bullet and the props for my Blackhawk for the Cig 20

When we talked to Brett at the show, he said that the #6 drive prop locks were do to be finished very soon as well. Once you see them in person, the really make the McGuard locks look out dated.

This sounded like a good product and I really respect the guys at BBlades so I wrote it up, http://www.boats.com/boat-content/20...peller-lock-2/. But obviously I haven't seen one "in action."

So I'm really, really glad to hear someone who actually bought it is pleased.

I had found with my McGuard I would retorque my props every few weeks as one would come loose
Not loose enought to lose a prop but definitly looser

Not only that, Bret is a stand up guy, always takes the time for questions and answers.

Brett is a down to earth guy who will share his knowledge openly. You can talk to him on the phone, and in person and he never bad mouths any prop maker, or their products. Just explains the difference between them and himself. Its not often you get to pick the brain of someone who studied under Dennis Cavanaugh.

Brett labbed my props several years ago and just did a fantastic job. I always stop and chat in KW. These locks will make a great addition.
