Ray(dredgeking) when are you planning on coming north again? I am getting married on the 15th then off to Hawaii for 2weeks. Ray would love to put it off to go boating, but if its nice we are incorporating a boat train(instead of all the cars honking) so I would still be boating technically.:p

That is more than a fun run. That is a major journey. You are going to need a few days for this. Beaver Island to Mac. is a major hike. Sounds like fun but I could not make the distance.

Hi DonziMitch, I was looking on the map and it looks like it is about 40 miles or so for that crossing, Thats not very far really, about the same as Grand Haven to South Haven, I have made that trip several times and it is about an hour. You can do it... Unfortunately you may have to buy fuel somewhere along the route. EEks Later Dwight

that sounds like it would be fun we could launch in st.IG or Mackinaw city and make a run for it. Dont know if I can make it or not might be busy. If not I always try and make it to Mack at least once during the summer.

On my Mapsource computer program, Petosky to Cheboygan by way of Mac. Island is 99 miles. Taking into account you have to go thru the passage at Greys reef and dodge the corner Bois Blanc Island.

thats not too far Mitch ! come on we can make that.....well if the wife lets me.....hold on while I look for my balls!!!Tinker that means we run by water from Petosky to the Island not trailer up there....you better tell Patty there aint no channel or bridge to the Island and back....just razzing you guys...lets make some plans for a couple good runs. The one Foul put together last year was a good time too!
