Eliminator and DCB build them like that a lot. Try the west coast forums...but once they start getting in the 26+ range i think most people go for I/O. Not saying its not there, just why you might not see to many open bow 28 cats with twin outboards.

That Liberator cat looks sweet. Read lots of good things on them. But does it come open bow? I hear ya waterboy, starting to make sense now.

Hustler has the Talon molds. They make a 25' cc. With 300pms have seen 100. They are painting one on S@F. Check it out.
