I was very impressed.

I have a large KPM strainer available 6"X18" will handle 2 engines easily. $400.

NEW UNIT ?

The swirl aways are Great. They eat the grass as it swirls around. I used to have to stop half way between Miami and Key West to clean out strainers, no more. I empty them at the dock now.

I only had it for one year, 2005. Board member Ziemer has the boat now. Always looked fine for me... but as i said, it was only one yr. You may want to contact Ziemer... he'd be happy to answer your questions.

I have used quite a few of them in customers boats and have been very pleased with them. Don't think you can go wrong with one.
