AC panel breaker size

I just purchased a Newmar 3 switch AC breaker panel. I'm going to be running an on board 20 amp charger and a couple of outlets off of it. The description says it has (1) 5 amp breaker, (1) 10 amp breaker, and (1) 15 amp breaker. Are these breakers big enough to do what I want?

The only sure current draw you have is the charger, what is the input power, or fuse rating of it?
