Nice! . . . . I'm sure if he would have called you at 1:30 you would have been there and started wrenching

So . . . . you should be ready for a test run this afternoon then?

Not sure.

The long block assemblies are built on the Viper engine line. Ilmor brings in their parts and hand them over to the production guys.

I pulled the engine back out about 11:00 AM after checking to see how everything was going to fit. R'Addiction showed up, and by 1:30 we had the transom cut and drilled (Ilmor's jig is AWESOME!). By 3:30 everything was mocked up. G-R-E-A-T day.

I cannot say enough about the quality of the parts and pieces from Imor. Absolutely world-class.

That looks awesome Chuck.. and thanks for answering my question. Ilmor changes some of the parts for Marine application..cool...

Chuck once dialed in..(doing research) let me know the amount of goor acceleration under 5000 rpms.. I hear these motors are ok up to that rpm BUT after thats when they really come alive..5-6000 rpms.

BTW thanks for sharing..looks awesome..

When I hit the lottery I'm doing this to my 25AT. Only change is Synergy green on the engine.
