Chuck had the engine in, and out, and bolted back on to the pallet before I got there at 12ish. We finished cutting the hole in the transom, drilled out the mounting holes, checked the websites for any updates, ate lunch, bolted up the transom assembly (needed an engine hoist to lift it safely and get it lined up, BEEFY assembly!!), reinstalled the engine, installed the Indy (another engine hoist moment), hung the tabs and cut out the openings in the new engine hatch for exhaust clearance..........all before 4:30pm. Cleaned up and left at 5. A good productive day. Did I mention that it all is coming back apart after some careful measuring and note taking for the rest of the rerig
