They were built by Ed Smith of Wassup/OPA racing fame so they must be pretty good. His boats run well and almost always finnish.

Tommy, I've been running Wazzup Racing Engines since 2003, got a National Championship, A World Championship a couple of Class 4 overall High Points Championships plus Smitty's my partner. Listen, like in any business...anything can happen on any given Sunday! The 540's is what we used to run. Good Engine, just keep up on it. Augie

Default wazz-up

i will be dyno testing those engines next week, then they are being disassembled to make sure the reciepts match the parts that were installed. i searched the web for any comments on wazz-up engines, but did not have much luck.the guy who had them built spent over 40,000 dollars for 2 540's so i can expect only high end parts and a clean bill. thanks tom p.s. I HOPE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
