Places to stay in the keys next week

Looking for some recommendations on where to stay in the Keys, this Friday - Tueday, (3/26-3-30) We would like a place that has:
1. A nice clean place with a boat ramp, and dockage.

2. Heated Pool, for the Kids to swim in, (if there is even 1 in the keys!)

3. A place that has access to both sides Atlantic and the Gulf sides.

4. Hopefully a place that is not all the way down in Key West, don't want to have to drive all the way down there, if I can find a nice place further up the keys...

Thanks,
Dean

Lookout Lodge, Tavernier, is next door to Marker 88 Restaurant, and not far from Snake Creek to go outside. Belongs to Don Zinner. Mention my name......

Thanks,
They are booked for the days we are looking for. Where did you launch your boat BTW?, the marina next door doesn't have a ramp?, that's what the lady that answered the phone said?
thanks,
Dean

The marina can put ur boat in with a fork lift but it costs about 60 bucks. we just put in at a ramp about 2 miles down the road. And parked the trailer at the hotel.
