Boat is on the way to Florida for repairs as we speak Insurance gave OK for all repairs we should be back in the water in two to three months.

Stacy at Wakezone insurance has been a trooper coordinating everything.

For information & education purpose I suggest anyone that experiences any event that has to deal with insurance claims or incident keep a log of every communication and events with time and dates as well as thorough description of every communications, events, estimates issued, visits, phone calls and so forth. I do this in my business and this has been phenomenally helpful in making this process seamless, it was very helpful addressing this situation.

Attached is the incident report which is public property for the ones it might interest...

Just a suggestion GL, that report has some information that would probably better be redacted if possible. What the heck, the bad guys probably have more than that on most of us

Good luck on the repairs, hope to see the boat this summer some time.

Just curious about the process, but if you don't feel comfortable answering that is ok. Tow Boat US salvaged the boat. Did your insurance pay Tow Boat US the salvage costs? On top of that it seems that are paying the cost to fix the boat as well?

You hear so many insurance horror stories so it is good to hear that they are going to take care of this one.

All's well that ends well. Glad the chapter closed in your favor.

Detail orientated crew, ehhh. They spelled your last name two different ways in the report.

We all know it's Corporal Harvie! Not Harvey.
