Some people have WAY too much time on their hands. We got busted on when I raced PWC for too much 2 cycle pollution, but this is sincerely a case of over-engineering!!

I may have just hit on something though. Perhaps a PWC impellor with some cup added would work! (I am an engineer too.)

Looks vaguely familiar to something I built out of a 60" remote control boat(with lots of spare time)--That thing was a rocket, too!!!...but a John-Boat, that guy mustreally be hard-up for some real motors!:D :D :D LMAO!
