I am looking for the max rpm's out of a stock 454 with emi exhaust and k&n flame arrestor. I am presently turning 4500 rpms at 63ish. what is the max rpm's trying to make sure i am turning the right prop. bravo 1 24

I think it's around 4800 RPM's. I had a similar boat(22 Scarab) and I ran 23 and 25P Mirage 3 blades. The 23 would bounce of the limiter...the 25 never got there.

I agree with the previous post, I have twin 330s with bravo 1 drives and it turns around 4600- 4700 rpm at WOT. I have 23p mirage 3 blade props. A lot of prople around here run power/drive combos similiar to yours and most all of them run 23p mirage props. Someone else on here may know more than I do, but I thought Bravo 1 props were better suited to heavy twin engine boats.

Send your prop to BBlades and tell him you want 200 or so more rpms. He can lab and get you the 200 rpms and probably 2 mph.
