Fender storage?

Need ideas for in cabin fender storage. I have seen a few boats with cargo nets used to contain fenders. Any one have any pics? I have thought about doing a cover girl style cabin because the v birth is not used but the hatch is over the v birth and may be dark in the cabin. How is the light in a non hatched cabin?

Tailgate nets work well for keeping fenders in the v berth.

I have considered this any pics?

I've got a similar set-up in my Scarab. Works great for the fenders and all the bags full of stuff people seem to bring everytime they come out for the day. Don't they know that's probably costing us 1-2 MPH??? :lolhit:

We just put them in the head. I wont let it get used for its original purpose anyway.

DirtyMoney 05-16-2010 09:28 AM

Shallow minded do you have pictures of it in your Scarab?

Shallow Minded 05-16-2010 04:14 PM

Pro Net sells a "speedclip" accessory that's screwed in.

What is wrong with under the flip-up back seat in the Scarab?????

DirtyMoney 05-17-2010 05:05 PM

I carry 6 10" bumpers. The cove can get pretty rough from disrespectful people.

DirtyMoney 05-17-2010 05:06 PM

Hey Scarabman. Can storage be made under the benches in the cabin?

DollaBill 05-17-2010 05:36 PM

get some metal ones that mount in the engine room. Look at some cig or fountain pics tio see what I mean

BDiggity 05-17-2010 05:42 PM

Under the rear bench is where your subs are supposed to go. :evilb:

I want to mount those billet holders to the bottom of the engine hatch along the outer engine sides. im chubby & need all the room i can get when trying to contort my body in for engine work.
