Default warning! trailer problems!!

to all members: if you have DEXTER AXLES on your boat trailer check to see if you have holes drilled in the 3 0'clock or 9 o'clock position on the axle housing, if you do you will have the same problem as me with water standing inside the housing causing rust to form inside these housings!i contacted C-HAWK trls and was told to drill holes in the bottom of the housing!! but this will void the warranty!!! i have e-mailed my findings to DEXTER AXLE, but i get no responce.i called and left messages on voice mail. no responce.this company is located in elkhart, indiana and they ship these axles all over the country.you will notice a thick rusty substance on your axles and the underside of your trailer!! is anybody else having this problem????? also these axles are under a lot of other brands besides the c-hawk trl!!!!! bill
