Why no OPA
 

How can OPA have their first race ( or any race for that matter ), and their is almost no talk about it ? This is a performance boat site, right ? Anybody ??? Something ???

The weather was PERRRRFEEECCTT but the water was too rough for some :( Cant have everything I guess. Lots of broken boats (typical for Ocean City) but I think everybody had an awesome time.. at least everybody I talked to anyway ... which was quite a few people :D

It's been talked about for more than a couple months in th OPA section. Freezeframe had pictures up before the race and its been on the OSO upcoming events calendar I believe.

They could maybe do a little more marketing but from what I've seen and herd there has been a lot of talk on here.

Most are great guys a little ego I guess will destroy anything!:bsflag:

All I can say is have some patience and it will come. Teams were very busy with OPA season opener. Now, they are on their way home and prepare for 2nd race which is in 2 weeks. Pictures will follow from time to time :)

everyone is still making their way home..holiday traffic was rough...I know Sharkey & Freeze Frame have/will have pics up soon...Both races went off well..great weekend...:drink:

Just finished uploading a few good ones. I made one big mistake and forgot the camera when we went out to start the first race. The water really laid down before the second race started.

You have absolutely no reason to be sorry, I'm the one that should apologize. I will never start a post or thread or whatever you call it, after spending 10 hours at a barbeque. I apologize to all, I hope nobody was offended, I'm just partial to OPA, my buddy races on that circuit and there is no way I can attend most of these races, so I count on my OSO pals to show results or any details on races. I think at the next two races other teams that weren't ready for Ocean City will be there but I'm glad almost all the same teams show up, it means we're doing something right or really, really wrong. Either way all the photos of the teams have smiles on their faces and I didn't have to threaten anybody! As for winning, those teams earned it Sunday, nothing was givin' to anyone. FRANKIE, ya got my number, use it, I'll try to keep you up to date, Thanks man.
