GEICO vs. SBI . . . any update

I've been pretty indesposed the last few months. Does anyone have an update on teh GEICO vs. SBI lawsuit?

I just spoke with Kenneth Scherer, the attorney for Geico. The two parties are going into mediation on Thursday. Scherer asked me to call him on Friday. I will follow up and report then.
