Does the condition come into play?

I looked at a lot of the boat "deals" in the past and most are beat to H###.

I know someone right now that bought a "Deal" of a cruiser,,,,,,,,,,,,,, I have seen the engine hatch and new parts more then the boat out of the slip.

I will agree most of those are high and the biggest problem is no way to get loans. Cash buyers only.

That is a huge issue the people that bought new paid more than it was really worth and now can't get out. The next guy like my self may love the boat but the bank does not love the price. So the boat sits...
