The world functions on laws. If you dont agree with something, then work to get the law changed.
An attempt to interfer with legal commerce of the sea is piracy. Not the fun loving romanticized Capt. Jack Sparrow piracy, but the people get killed kind. It should be met with overwhelming force to protect the crew and vessle.

We watch the show and it never gets old. The captain is a bafoon! he repeatedly goes into iceburg fields with an thin hull boat. And plays chicken with these whaling ships. The crew is flat out undertrained. It will not be long untill that boat sinks itself.

What ever happened to the old addage " lets play hard ball" These people could have taken Bob Barkers money and purchased a second hand Destroyer From some banana republic and with a couple of well aimed shots put the Japs mother ship out of business ------ End of story!!!!
