I'm Looking for one, possibly two OSO/SOS roommates (boarders) to share expenses in a very cerebral, smoke free, pet free, drug free and party free lakefront home on Belvedere Bay...in Lk. St. Clair (Harrison Twp)...
The home is located on Conger Bay Drive and features:

Just wanted to give some OSO'rs/SOS'rs an opportunity, since I'm always on the road....
They can tear up their own boats, Muscamoot Bay and Gull Island on their own time and dime...

The occassional holiday affair, b-day party , BBQ, dinner party, etc...is w/in reason...but, not looking to provide a weekly "crash pad" for a bunch of Kligons...And I'm sure we have all heard of similar horror stories...

Thanks for organizing everything Jim, was a shame on turnout but it was still fun.
If I could unload the loft/condo here in Royal Oak without taking a bath I'd be very interested in finding a place to rent out by the lake!
However, I do like to keep my partying at the house due to lack of DD's on the water haha.
