help ajusting 500 efi fuel presure,to low

2001 500 efi has aftermarket fuel cooler does not have regaletoron cooler,only on fuel rail with return going back to fuel seperator,someone said pinch down on reg to raise?gage showing 28-29 full thrautle.1500 ehaust temp,idle about 26-27 this is on gaffrig gage ,will put manual gage on fuel rail to nitesee real presure ,any sugestions?
