That Pantera looks sweet! If I were in the market I would definitely check it out.
BTW where are you located? There has been some smokin deals in the Atlanta market lately.

I'm in Austin TX. That's another thing that I have to work out. I have no idea how I would go about buying a boat from another state.

I payed 6k for my mint 90 Scarab 21. Love this thing... You should be able to find a newer one well within your budget. This hull handles Great Lakes chop with ease, and it just flies across the inland lakes.

Sunsation Rockets or Aggressors would fit your criteria. Same boat with different decks essentially. Just under 25ft and they have a cabin.

Here's a 1993 with low hours looking for $17995 and is probably negotiable.
