25 Baja Outlaw mods
 

I have a 1999 25 Outlaw that I have made several changes to lately. I added a Imco offset box, Imco external steering, 28" K-planes, freshened the motor and added stainless jacketed headers. I didn't measure the x deminsion before I took it apart, stupid me. Does anyone know what the factory x demension was? I need to put a shorter drive on it but not sure how high to go. I can go -2 without anything else or -3 with changing the whole drive or modifying my upper to clear the prop. My x deminsion now measures 7" below. I don't want it so high that the boat is hard to plane. Has anyone put a -3 lower and modified there upper, if so I would like to know how about the mods.
