Well, they placed 3rd at the end of the day. I think they hit 86 mph. Still good for the first completed race IMHO.

PS, all the boats in the class either broke-out or had penalties, unfortunately chiro had the most.

About the class, I don't think that's fair to say. My guess is the boat would not have been competive in CL-3.

What team do you race for?

Very good!

glassdave 07-19-2010 08:57 AM

They looked great out there. The only trouble they had was when they came by the start/finish boat :D

That was a very tough race to score for sure.

About the class, I mention CL-3 not CL-2 only because they were registered in CL-3. Check the boat out in Ocean City, Awesome Boat unfortunately we did not get to race against them because they broke during testing. R&S Racing #419 Owner/Driver Wanted Racing #377 Driver

It was a typo, busy at work, I fixed it.:drink:

They were registered in CL-3 because that's where they wanted to race it. In testing the boat was better suited for CL 4.

I don't know exact details but I'm sure they can share them if asked.

Looks like C-4 is heatin up!:coolcowboy:

RandS RACING 07-19-2010 08:39 PM

I been in this boat in 3+ seas at 92ish with 3/4 throttle and trim set at cruise...u can almost drink coffee doing so ....:party-smiley-004:
NOT FAIR for others in that class.

I was chatting with the captain and i think i have a new old stock sixty pound danforth on the shelf that i have no use for. Gonna drop it off on my way to St Clair and see if it will replace the one that was lost.

It was at your buddy's shop, Bad Boy.

Bandit Cat is there and Wicked was also there last time I was at her house.
