Help..timing not advancing on HP500 EFI
I should have posted this before Daytona.
Problem
3000 to around 4000rpms 26.17 degrees
then jumps to 28.22 at 4000 and sets there until 5050 rpms
then it will fully advance, it's my understanding full advance should be reached by 3500 at the latest.
DDT (scan tool) shows no codes or previous codes,
changed ECM's no change
replaced knock sensor, changed fules, changed filters
I get different answers from everyone I talk to from thats the way it works to turn the distributor. Joey Impressa said change
IC module, plan to do that this weekend, any input would be helpful.
