What does this mean in the ad ??

"NOT FOR SALE TO US RESIDENTS WHILE IN US WATERS"

Call Randy and ask him. Probably means boat is registered outside U.S. and some tax implications or something if sold in U.S. would be my guess.

Boat was probably registered outside the USA originally to avoid paying state sales tax. So it can't be sold here since it wasn't sold here before due to avoiding the tax.

Good news is you can sell it 3 miles offshore and it will be considered international waters. Very nice boat, seen it many times at Hideaway.....
