I saw two Baja's with Fountain name tags on them driving back from SC yesterday. Both boats looked awsome!

That was the 242 you are speaking of. I don't think Fountain took the 242 molds. The 247 was designed with the center walk thru. It was a stick built deck plug to fit the existing 245 hull.

I was told that they have a bunch of the boats left over and that is what is being put together. Nothing new is being built from the mold. Hence a 2011 with a 496. The boat was revinned . The molds and name are for sale. I verified that yesterday. I just got back from south Carolina.
