Thanks

Thanks Matt.I would like to say that my intentions have never been hostile.all I've wanted is a working boat.I've had to deal with a lot of issues and a lot of blame over the last few years and it has been frustrating as hell.we are on the right track now and it is incredibly relieving for myself and the rest of the team.

This would have made for a calmer thread?

"“They had kind of a small fracture in the bottom at Lake St. Clair (Mich.),” said Hledin. “It was not a big deal—it was a two-day repair. We spent more time fixing the trailer than the boat. But for John (Cosker, the owner of Mystic Performance Boats) to fix it up here would have been next to impossible. The boat is back here now on an unrelated issue. A propeller went through the bottom. Not related and, again, not a big deal.

“It’s not that John’s boats are ‘falling apart,’” Hledin added. “Not at all. It’s just the nature of boat racing. Race boats break.”

Jeff, I have seen a guy with a Bayliner throw an absolute crab fit on a launch ramp when it wouldn't start. I can't even imagine the aggravation, frustration and flat-out anger when an investment like yours has trouble. I completely understand, as much as someone who doesn't even own a boat like yours and never will, your emotions.

You vented. You thought about it. You publicly apologized. A very stand-up move, at least in my book. See you at LOTO (Mr. Duggan told me you're "officially" coming.) This year's event is shaping up to be huge.

I like this

A propeller went through the bottom. Not related and, again, not a big deal.
I don't know, if I had a prop sticking in the bottom of my boat, it would kind of be a big deal to me:lolhit:

Comes across as very calm and cool.
